If you suspect your account has been taken over and have not received an email from Takeout List:

Step 1. Make sure the email address on your account is still yours. If your email address has been changed, let us know by opening a support ticket.

Step 2. Change your password.

Using the Mobile Device

  • Open Your Profile 
  • Open Profile Settings  (User icon, first one on the left)
  • Type your new password and reenter same password in your confirm password box, then click save button.

Using the Website

  • Open Your Profile
  • Click the "Profile" button, (User icon, first one on the left)
  • Type your new password and reenter same password in your confirm password box, then click save button.

New passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. Be sure to always make your takeoutlist.com password unique from all other services you join.
