Check your spam folder—it's possible your order confirmation wound up there. Look for email address end with takeoutlist.com (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org). Keep in mind, it can take restaurants a few minutes to confirm they’ve received your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, chat with us or start a trouble ticket.
