TakeoutList may send text messages winin few minutes after you place an order to provide necessary updates. If you would like to stop receiving these transactional text messages, you can open a support ticket. SMS related policy can be found in our Terms of Service page.


As mentioned earlier, you can contact the Help Center by opening a support ticket indicating that you no longer wish to receive any text messages, along with the phone number of the mobile device receiving the messages. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may also receive text messages confirming the receipt of your opt-out request.


Sometimes you will also receive text messages outside of a live order. You can opt out of receiving these texts by opeing a support ticket.
